That the Cabinet Member for Health and Wellbeing;

Approves a variation of the All-Age Integrated Drug and Alcohol Treatment System service contract with Change, Grow, Live Services Limited to extend the term for a further period of 12 months between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026 up to a maximum contract value of £3,999,583 bringing the total maximum aggregate contract value to £44,104,128.
  2. Notes that approval has been granted by the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities for a reprofile of Supplementary Substance Misuse Treatment and Recovery Grant underspend in 2024-25 for the reasons set out in paragraph 31 of the open report.
