The role of the Licensing and Regulatory Committee is to discharge the Council's statutory licensing functions: to hear and determine on behalf of the Council (via the Licensing and Regulatory Sub-Committee) any application or appeal within the committee’s terms of reference; and to consider and recommend to Council on all matters concerning licensing policy and procedure.
