Council Redesign Programme and Accessibility Review Panel

Overview and Scrutiny Review Panels are set up a Task-and-Finish Groups to review specific issues with formal reports and recommendations being agreed by the Overview and Scrutiny. Review Panels will determine the scope of their review and their methodology (be it briefings, desktop research or site visits).  They will work informally and flexibly.
