Standards Hearing Sub-Committee

This meeting considers and determines complaints and appropriate action in respect of allegations of breaches of the Members Code of Conduct referred by the Monitoring Officer.   The meeting comprises 3 Members of the Standards Committee or their nominated substitutes (and 1 Brixham Town Councillor if the complaint is about a member of the Town Council).
