Appeals Panel

This committee considers appeals against the council’s decisions on non-domestic rate (business rate) relief and on the councils’ determinations on discretionary housing benefit and discretionary council tax benefit claims.   The committee hears individual cases and so meets in confidential session and papers are not published.
