Council Functions Committee

Council Functions Committee is responsible for the following –  

·                Agreeing the final figure for Council Tax, including the required amounts for Hertfordshire County Council and the Police and Crime Commissioner;

·                Agreeing Human Resources policies;

·                Appointing the Proper Officers of the Council;

·                Agreeing whether the Council should participate in pilot election schemes.
