The Executive APPROVES:
 
i) The allocation of a £99,985 from the
New Development Impact Reserve to increase the pre-development
budget to cover the costs as set out. This budget allocation will
be included within the financial viability appraisal that will
accompany the business case and full project budget request for the
new build scheme when it is bought forward.
