The Executive resolved to:
 
(i)           
Set up a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Review and Reform
Temporary Executive Working Group to run for an initial six months,
with terms of reference as per appendix 1.
(ii)          
Agree the membership of the CIL Review and Reform Temporary
Executive Working Group, in accordance with Appendix 2, as amended
at the meeting.
