RESOLVED that:
 

1.   
A declaration be made, in accordance with Sections 19 and 21 of the
National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949, that land in
its ownership at Bealeswood Common,
Dockenfield (as shown edged red on the
Plan attached at Appendix 2 to this report) was acquired and is
being managed as a Local Nature Reserve.
 

2.   
The Strategic Director of Housing and Environment be authorised to
take all steps as are necessary to complete the declaration process
including drawing up and publicising the declaration document.
