Licensing Sub-Committee

The Licensing Sub-Committee considers applications for local licences, registrations and consents under the Licensing Act 2003 not dealt with by officers under delegated powers. This committee deals with hours for sale of alcohol, opening hours of premises selling alcohol and entertainment in licensed premises. The Licensing Sub-Committee also considers applications under the Gambling Act 2005.
