The Health and Wellbeing Board exists to provide strategic leadership and promote closer integration of health and care, through partners working together to ensure that everyone in the area is able to benefit from improvements in health and wellbeing. The Health and Wellbeing Board will discharge the functions set out in Section 194 of the Health and Social Care Act 2012. The Board will meet four times a year, or as business requires.
