Eastern Area Licensing Sub Committee

Licensing Sub Committees will have full delegated powers to determine contested applications and adjudicate over the review of licences.  These will be undertaken by way of licensing hearings and conducted in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005.
