Cabinet recommends
that Full Council:
 
Adopts a policy for
Blue Badge holder parking charges so that users will not be charged
for using the council’s ‘off-street’ car parking
spaces.
 
Reason for
decision:
 
A policy position decision is required to remove
charges for Blue Badge holder parking in ‘off street’
car parks to ensure the Constitutional rules for changes to the
Budget & Policy Framework are met.
