Purpose

To:
 
(i)            
Consider objections to
the advertised proposals for parking controls at various locations
within the West Wiltshire Parishes area.
 
(ii)           
Recommend the making
of the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) with minor amendments to the
advertised proposal.

I approve that:
 
(i)       The restrictions be
implemented as advertised, subject to the minor amendments to the
proposals in Sutton Veny detailed in
Appendix 4.
 
(ii)       The objectors be
informed accordingly.
 
 
         
This decision was published on 07 September 2023 and will come into
force on 15 September 2023.    

Reasons for the decision

The comments set out in Appendix 2 on the various objections and comments received
indicate that it is considered appropriate to introduce
the majority of the proposals as
advertised, but with minor amendments in Sutton
Veny, detailed in Appendix 4.

Implement the proposals as advertised.
 
(ii)        Not implement
the proposals.
 
(iii)       Implement the
proposals with amendments.
