To agree the schemes to be included in the
Council’s 2023/24 Highways Capital Programme.

I approve that:
 
(i)            
The proposed funding allocations and scheme lists for 2023/24, as
outlined in Appendix 1 of this report, be approved.

 
(ii)           
The additional pothole funding and its use be noted. This decision
was published on 29 June 2023 and will come into force on 10 July
2023
