Libraries Sub-Committee

At its meeting on the 6 March 2025, the Tourism, Communities, Culture and Leisure Committee requested that the Constitution and Standards Committee considers the establishment of a Libraries Sub-Committee. The Libraries Sub-Committee was then established by Annual Council on the 21st May 2025.   The Libraries Sub-Committee has delegated authority to exercise responsibility for the Council’s functions for delivery of the authority’s library services and community engagement within the terms of reference of the Tourism, Communities, Culture and Leisure Committee.
