Purpose: The report considers objections and comments of support submitted during the statutory Traffic Regulation Order consultation period for Phases 3 and 4 of the 20mph Speed Limit Programme. The Committee are being asked to review and consider all objections received and if deemed appropriate instruct the Director of Neighbourhood Services to introduce all of Phases 3 and 4 of the speed limit programme on those roads or parts of roads shown the list within Appendix A to the report.
