Content: RESOLVED:   Hackney Procurement Board is recommended to:   1.  Award two concessionaire contracts to two car club operators, (Supplier B and C), following the evaluation of bids that were submitted during the open market tender process. 2.  Note that a total of up to 35 new car club permits will be awarded across a period of one year, to support the expansion and electrification of Hackney Car Club fleet. The decision to award contracts to these operators reflects the high overall scores of the submitted bids of those selected.   RELATED DECISIONS   ·  In January 2022 Cabinet approved the three year Local implementation (LIP) delivery plan 22/23 - 24/25 which reiterates the Council’s reasons and commitments to both increasing and electrifying car clubs in Hackney. ·  The Hackney Mayor Manifesto Commitment 145 from 2022 is to increase the current provision of 200 car club parking spaces to 300 within 4 years and ensure that 50% of the vehicles will be electric.
