Purpose:

Content: By a unanimous decision  the Committee approved the application in accordance with the officer’s recommendation and subject to:   (i) the conditions as laid out in the report from the Joint Director of Planning and Economic Development;   (ii) an update to condition 28 control water efficiency to reflect the strategies submitted with the application;   (iii) an additional lighting design strategy for biodiversity condition;   (iv) a further informative to the applicant that lorries delivering to the site should enter and leave the site in forward gear; and   The satisfactory completion of a Section 106 Agreement which includes the Heads of Terms (HoT’s) as set out in the report with minor amendments to the Heads of Terms as delegated to officers together with a suitable obligation not to undertake any construction above the supermarket; and   with officers granted delegated authority to make minor amendments to the final wording.
