Content: Recommended -   (a)         That Councillor Winnard (Conservative and Queensbury Independent Group) replace Councillor Davies (Conservative and Queensbury Independent Group) as Chair of the Children’s Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee for the remainder of the 2024/25 Municipal Year.   (b)         That Councillor Davies (Conservative and Queensbury Independent Group) replace Councillor Winnard (Conservative and Queensbury Independent Group Group) as an alternate on the Children’s Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee for the remainder of the 2024/25 Municipal Year.          (c)         That Councillor Thirkill (Labour) replace Councillor Kamran Hussain (Labour) as a member of the Bradford West Area Committee for the remainder of the 2024/25 Municipal Year.   (d)         That Councillor Kamran Hussain (Labour) replace Councillor Thirkill (Labour) as an alternate on the Bradford West Area Committee for the remainder of the 2024/25 Municipal Year.         (e)         That Councillor Sullivan (Conservative and Queensbury Independent Group) replace Councillor Winnard (Conservative and Queensbury Independent Group) as a member of the Shipley Area Committee for the remainder of the 2024/25 Municipal Year.   (f)          That Councillor Winnard (Conservative and Queensbury Independent Group) replace Councillor Sullivan (Conservative and Queensbury Independent Group) as an alternate on the Shipley Area Committee for the remainder of the 2024/25 Municipal Year.         To be actioned by:  Interim Director of Legal and Governance
