Purpose: The Long-Term Transport Strategy (LTTS) sets a strategic framework for all transport-related matters in the London Borough of Harrow over the next 20 years. The strategy outlines the Council’s vision for a more accessible, safer, and greener transport system. Designed to address transport challenges through concrete and meaningful actions the LTTS is aligned to the Council’s corporate priorities and is presented to Cabinet for approval prior to presentation at Full Council for formal adoption.
