Content: 1)            Cabinet delegates authority to the Interim Corporate Director, City Operations to take all necessary steps to use the NHS Digital Workplace Solutions Framework to procure a Licence Solution Partner (LSP) for the Council.   2)            Cabinet delegates authority to the Interim Corporate Director, City Operations to Award a contract to the successful Licence Solution Partner (LSP) to provide the Council with three Microsoft Enterprise Licence Agreements for a term of 3 years with an estimated total value of up to £4,000,000.00
