Purpose:

Content: That   1.  The progress made within the first year of the Transformation Programme be noted.   2.  A total of £19 million of savings proposals for 2025/26 as reflected in the Councils Draft Budget 2025/26 and update on the Council’s Financial Strategy be endorsed.   3.  £2 million of staffing budget savings (included within the £19 million) to be achieved through a ‘5% vacancy factor’, deletion of existing vacant posts and realignments be agreed.
