Content: (a)  RECOMMENDATION FROM THE REGENERATION AND ENVIRONMENT OVERVIEW AND SCRUTINY COMMITTEE – CALLED - IN DECISION - REPORT ON THE SPORTS FACILITIES SERVICE REVIEW   Councillor Davies moved and Councillor Love seconded a motion to refer the decision to close Baildon Recreation Centre in March 2025  back to Executive to be reconsidered with the recommendation that   the decision be deferred  for 6 months to enable further consideration.   This motion was put to the vote and was lost.   Councillor Ferriby moved and Councillor Hinchliffe seconded a motion to release the decision in relation to Baildon Recreation Centre (as detailed in Executive Document “AE”) for implementation.   The motion to release the decision in relation to Baildon Recreation Centre for implementation was then put to the vote and was carried.   Resolved –   That the decision of the Executive taken on 3 December 2024 toclose Baildon Recreation Centre in March 2025 subject to the stakeholder engagement referred to in Document “AE” be released for implementation.   To be actioned by: Strategic Director, Place                                                                         (b)  RECOMMENDATION FROM THE GOVERNANCE AND AUDIT COMMITTEE – THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROCUREMENT ACT 2023   Resolved-   That the revised Contract Standing Orders (attached as Appendix A to Document “E”) be adopted with effect from the commencement date of the Procurement Act 2023.   To be actioned by: Strategic Director, Corporate Resources
