Dwellings, 1ha Employment Land, 0.5ha Local Facility Land, Public Open Space, Landscaping, Pedestrian/Cycle Access and Associated Works at Hainbury Farm, Fosse Way, Ilchester, Yeovil, Somerset, BA22 8JD be APPROVED as per the officer recommendation, subject to the prior completion of a Planning Obligation/Agreement and the stated planning conditions and an amendment to include the extra informative regarding glazing standards for residential development.
