Content: It was agreed:   1.    For a resolution to be placed before the meeting of the Council on 25 February 2025, specifying the council tax to be levied in the Borough of Gravesham for the year 2025-26. 2.    That delegated authority is given to the Director (Corporate Services), in consultation with the Leader of the Executive, to make any amendment required to the proposed budget resulting from final decisions taken by Kent County Council (KCC) on council tax incentive payments for 2025-26.
