Content: Resolved:   That Borough Council:   1) agreed to appoint Mandy Skinner as Interim Chief Executive (and Returning Officer and Electoral Registration Officer) until a permanent Chief Executive is in post; and   2) noted that Executive Search agents will be appointed to assist with the recruitment of a permanent chief executive in accordance with the provisional timetable set out in paragraph 4.3  of the report.
