Content: 1.          Approve in principle the freehold purchase and refurbishment by the Council of May Place House, subject to full due diligence, and the subsequent entering into of a lease and a contract to provide housing management and support services with a registered housing and support provider.   2.          Delegate authority to finalise the detailed terms and conditions of the purchase and the subsequent entering into of a lease to a registered housing and support provider to the Director of Regeneration.   3.          Delegate authority to finalise the detailed terms and conditions of a contract to provide housing management and support services with a registered housing and support provider to the Director of Resident Services.
