Content: 1.      To adopt advanced technology including the use of body-worn cameras, overt CCTV to enhance enforcement capabilities. 2.      To approve the Environmental Crime Policy to ensure a consistent and modernised approach to tackling environmental crime. 3.      To standardise FPN’s amounts across organisations to make them fair and consistent and increase the fines to strengthen deterrence and reflect how serious these offences are.
