Purpose: To approve the renewal of the CHIA Service Level Agreement for a further three years up to 31 March 2028.  

Content: Cabinet approved the renewal of the Cambridgeshire Home Improvement Agency shared service for a further three years up to 31st March 2028 and the continuation of the current funding arrangements with the County Council.   Cabinet gave delegated authority to the Lead Member for Housing to approve any increase in the fees charged by the CHIA by no more than 5%, should it prove necessary to ensure that the CHIA remained financially sustainable.
