Purpose: Cabinet approved the proposed approach to the programme for improving the energy efficiency of EFDC’s housing properties in July 2024. Following the completion of a procurement exercise, this report seeks Cabinet approval for the appointment of the contractor to deliver the grant funded works to bring all our homes up to EPC band C.
