Purpose: To seek Members’ approval and endorsement for the sites that have been identified by the Early Years and Family Support Service Capital Team, and for the pre-construction early screening work of the proposed sites to begin, in-order for funding to be secured through the submission of Business Justification Cases to the Welsh Government.

Content: (a)       That the Committee supported the identified capital sites in Flintshire for the purpose of securing the Welsh Government Childcare and Early Years Capital Grant 2025-2028 (phase 3); and   (b)       That The Committee supported the early screening, pre-construction work and the submission of Business Justification Cases to Welsh Government for the proposed sites.
