Purpose:

Content: RESOLVED That it is DETERMINED that Executive Cabinet approves: That notice is served to terminate the Tameside Additional Services contract with the LEP and hence Robertsons Facilities Management.  That the Facilities Management contract be restructured to bring certain services back in-house whilst outsourcing others as per the existing arrangements. That Capital Project Management functions are brought back in house and are directly managed by the Council’s FM Capital Projects team. That certain post holders currently employed by Robertsons Facilities Management be transferred across and be directly employed by the Council in the Facilities Management team within the Strategic Property function, at the end of the contract. That the new Facilities Management contract(s) be procured through STaR Procurement via a competitive tender process.
