Content: (a)  Approved the JEH business plan for 2025/26, including updates to the strategic objectives noting it is a one year business plan;   (b)  Approved the council’s underwriting of the financial operating risks;   (c)  Noted the undertaking and progress of an options appraisal for JEH future strategic direction; and   (d)  Noted that a further report will be presented to Cabinet early in the 2025/26 municipal year to approve a medium term business plan and future strategic direction for JEH.
