Purpose: To agree to submit the full plan for Local Government Reorganisation in Surrey to the Government for the 9th May 2025 deadline.

Content: The Executive RESOLVED That  (i)    the Final Plan options included at Appendix 1 to the report be considered and noted; and           (ii)   taking account of the comments from Full Council at the meeting on 8 May 2025, a three unitary council model in Surrey with three Councillors per division should be commended to Government on 9 May 2025. Reason:   To enable Woking Borough Council to respond to the Government’s request for the submission of proposals for unitarisation in Surrey.
