Purpose:

Content: 1.                   That the current moratorium on on-street charging be modified to permit a limited trial of on-street home charging.   2.                   That the Director of Environment and Regeneration be delegated authority to agree the location and details concerning any pilot.   3.                   That Officers continue discussions with Welsh Government through Transport for Wales and the WLGA to ensure a consistent approach across Wales.   4.                   That prior to the implementation of a pilot, a report including location details and cost be brought to Environment Regeneration and Streetscene Services Committee for scrutiny.
