Purpose: To inform Cabinet on a Healthy Travel Charter for North Wales, which is being led by the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) Public Health Team.

Content: (a)       That the adoption of the Healthy Travel Charter in Flintshire be endorsed and supported, and that the recommendations made by the Flintshire and Wrexham Public Service Board be noted;   (b)       That the signing of the Charter be delegated to the Chief Executive and Chief Officer (Streetscene and Transportation); and   (c)        That, following adoption of the Charter, the Mobility and Transport Theme Office Group advances the commitments within the Charter, and reports progress through the relevant Committees.
