Content: RESOLVED   That Cabinet consider the responses shown at Appendix 3 received in connection with the consultation exercise proposing a 10% increase to all current hackney carriage and private hire licensing fees and charges.   *RECOMMENDATION   That Cabinet recommend to General Licensing Committee the approval of the fees and charges in relation to hackney carriage and private hire licensing shown at Appendix 1.
