Content: 2024/0341/ENF - 87A Falcon Road, SW11 2PF   RESOLVED - To authorise issue of an enforcement notice and any other legal or direct action that may be necessary in order to secure the removal of the extractor pipe from the property.     2024/0151/ENF - 76 Norroy Road, SW15 1PG    RESOLVED - To authorise the issue of an enforcement notice (s. 172 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) that “under-enforces” requiring that the two undersized 2 bed units which have been created be converted into 1 bed units and that the windows on the side elevation of the rear first and second floor extension be obscure glazed and fixed shut up to a height of 1.7m from internal floor level. That in the event of noncompliance, that authority is given to pursue prosecution proceedings or direct-action under sections 178 and 179 of the Act.
