Content: RESOLVED that Cabinet –   (a)      considered the report and detailed design stage report (attached at Appendix A to the report) and on the evidence of the risks presented, supported the conclusions of the Partnership Scrutiny Committee, and decided that the project aiming to replace Pont Llanerch be stopped, and   (b)      confirmed that it had read, understood and taken account of the Wellbeing Impact Assessment (Appendix B to the report).
