That 3.    Delegated authority to the Section 151 Officer to adjust the 2025/26 budget for items of income and expenditure rolled forward through earmarked reserves 4.    Delegated authority to the Section 151 Officer to amend the outturn, and movements to/from the collection fund earmarked reserve, on completion of the NNDR3 return.  5.    Note the position on debts set out in Section 5 of this report.
