Content: Decision   ·       That the Head of Streetcare be authorised, in conjunction with corporate communications, to carry out a further full public consultation exercise to obtain a wider understanding of the potential issues that could occur from permanent implementation of changes to park opening and closing operations. ·       That a further report, detailing the results of the consultation be brought back to Cabinet with any final proposals.   Reason for Decision   To establish any unforeseen impacts that the proposed changes to the service will have.
