Purpose: To approve Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy project allocations
Content: 1. That grant funding of up to £620,000 for landscaping as part of the council highway improvements to Great Suffolk Street be agreed. 2. That grant funding of up to £250,000 to Coin Street Community Builders Limited for investment in Bernie Spain Gardens be agreed. 3. That grant funding of £50,000 to Peabody Housing association for security improvements at Southwark Street be agreed. 4. That grant funding of £220,000 to Age UK for the purchase of new electric vehicles as part of their dementia care service be agreed. 5. That grant funding of £70,000 to Lant TRA for Lant House to erect railings and landscaping of the communal garden be agreed. 6. That funding of £50,000 for the Queensborough Centre to upgrade the kitchens and toilets by the council be agreed. 7. That funding of £100,000 for the council to green America Street be agreed. 8. That funding of £50,000 for Nelson Square Estate for investment in the TRA Hall, landscaping and deep clean by the council be agreed. 9. That funding of £25,000 for Merrow and Ripley resurfacing and deep clean by the council be agreed. 10. That funding of up to £500,000 for investment in Newington Gardens by the council be agreed. 11. That grant funding of up to £100,000 to SE1 Solar for solar panels at Hamilton Square Estate be agreed. 12. That funding of up to £600,000 for security improvements to St Saviours Estate by the council be agreed. 13. That funding of up to £600,000 for investment in the Alfred Salter Playground by the council be agreed. 14. That grant funding to Leathermarket JMB of up to £240,000 for security improvements to the Kipling Estate be agreed. 15. That grant funding to the Magdalen Hall Association CIC of up to £165,000 for investment in Magdalen Hall be agreed. 16. That grant funding to Downside Fisher Youth Club of up to £50,000 for investment in their building be agreed. 17. That grant funding to Leathermarket JMB of up to £75,000 for investment in green roofs on garages on the Kipling Estate be agreed. 18. That funding of up to £240,000 for public realm improvements to Druid Street/Abbey Street by the council be agreed. 19. That funding of £30,000 for refurbishment of Rachel Leigh Hall by the council be agreed. 20. That grant funding to Wilder of up to £66,000 for landscaping on Jamaica Road be agreed. 21. That funding of £120,000 for public realm improvements at Dockhead by the council be agreed. 22. That grant funding to Wilder of up to £30,000 for landscaping improvements at Dockhead be agreed. 23.
