Content: Agenda item 7.1 – Councillor Sam Swash declared a personal and prejudicial interest as a family member lives in an adjoining area to the proposed development.  He confirmed that he had been granted a dispensation from the Standards Committee to speak and answer any questions. He said that he would then leave the meeting prior to the debate.   Agenda item 7 (2) - Councillor Mike Peers declared a personal interest as a family member works for Clwyd Alyn Housing Association in the IT department.   Agenda item 7.2 Councillor Paul Cunningham – declared a personal interest as he was a member of Flint Town Council during the debate on this agenda item   Agenda item 7(3) – Councillor Carol Ellis declared a personal and prejudicial interest as the applicants were known to her and live in her ward.  She would leave the room when the item was being discussed.
