Content: Resolved :   Cabinet agrees:   •       The outline Council Plan 2025 to 2035. •       To seek feedback from a broad range of stakeholders and residents and encourage all Members to participate. •       To review incorporated feedback and service planning detail at its meeting on 7 October in preparation for a final version to be considered at Full Council on 21October 2025.   Reason for Decision:   To enable wider feedback ahead of its consideration by Full Council in October and to provide services with strategic direction ahead of the planning cycle commencing.
