Content: 1.      That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for City Development, Jobs and Skills, in consultation with the Deputy Director of Assets, to approve the award of a contract for Loxdale and Stowheath Mineshaft Remediation when the evaluation process is complete.   2.      That authority be delegated to the Deputy Leader: City Housing, in consultation with the Executive Director of City Economy to approve the award of a contract for Temporary Accommodation Framework when the evaluation process is complete.
