Content: Following discussion on the motion related to declaring war on waste criminals, Council resolved: ·       To recognise the good work being done to clear up and investigate the mess, but to address the behavioural challenges of fly-tipping criminals who seek to exploit this. ·       To raise awareness of the consequences for those who commit crimes against our streets. ·       To publicise successful investigations and the issuing of FPNs. ·       To bring back pride in our communities.
