Purpose: Cabinet are asked to approve; the Direct Award under Procurement Act 2023 to Maria Mallaband Care Group (MMCG) (Knights Court Care Home) and Acer Healthcare Operations Limited (Appletree Court Care Home); to Access the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) developed by West London Alliance 2024 for residential and nursing care placements and to delegate authority to the Strategic Director of Adult Social Care & Public Health to procure services through the West London Alliance (WLA) DPS and enter block contract arrangements, following consultation with the Director of Finance (S151 Officer) and relevant Portfolio Holders where required.
