Content: (1)            That the Cabinet noted the General Fund revenue position at the end of Quarter 4 (Provisional Outturn) for 2024/25 (Appendix A of the agenda report).   (2)            That the Cabinet noted the General Fund capital position at the end of Quarter 4 (Provisional Outturn) for 2024/25 (Appendix B of the agenda report).   (3)            That the Cabinet noted the Housing Revenue Account revenue position at the end of Quarter 4 (Provisional Outturn) for 2024/25 (Section 4 of the agenda report).   (4)            That the Cabinet noted the Housing Revenue Account capital position at the end of Quarter 4 (Provisional Outturn) for 2024/25 (Appendix C of the agenda report).   (5)            That the Cabinet noted and approved the Movements on Reserves presented in Section 3 (of the agenda report).
