Purpose:

Content: The Area Committee has given approval to the installation of an Advisory Disabled Persons Parking Bay on Chester Walks, Romiley at a cost of £203.84 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bredbury Green and Romiley Ward allocation).

Alternative options considered: (1) Not install bay due to the road width failing to meet minimum requirements, in line with current guidance; or   (2) Inform the resident that they can utilise the existing bays on Chester Walks, alternatively the resident could modify their frontage to allow for off road parking.
